• All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) provided through the App and Website are owned by SWC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through the App and Website without prior written consent from SWC.

• Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App and Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, Website, or participation in SWC activities.
